EE was doing time check for temp code date. She was carrying a full case up the 3-step portable staircase. Pull case to be checked replace that case and bring down the case to be checked. [REDACTED] 1 portable staircase set up for case temp code date checks. EE left foot ankle twisted at that time of injury EE was ok to continue to work. Injury occurred during while I was stepping down from top step to 2nd step of the portable staircase.
