What happened

EE was kneeling on the scaffolding then he stood up and raised his arms as he was about to resume his task of putting up dry wall when the platform of the scaffolding fell causing EE to fall face first from the top of the scaffolding. EE had a laceration in the head and was not able to move properly. EE was conscious throughout the situation
