Sweeping debris out from underneath the table. she was working in a bent over posture pulling debris out from underneath the table when she twisted and went to stand up and felt a sharp pain in her lower back and stated the her back locked up. she felt pain for around 30 minutes and was moving slowly using the broom and other objects to help stabilize herself until the pain dulled.
