Pulling Hand Truck

TM began to pull a hand truck with empty chemical jugs in the [REDACTED] room. When he began to pull the hand truck backwards he felt a strain in his left forearm. TM went to the breakroom and and looked at their arm and noticed it was starting to swell. TM then walked to the Administration office and notified their manager. The TM manager and two EMRTs walked to the medical unit where they wrapped the TM 's arm with an ice pack and placed the arm in a sling. The Sedgwick Nurse Triage was contacted and the recommendation was given to be evaluated at an emergency room. TM was transported by members of the ES department to the Emergency Room.
