SFA was moving [REDACTED] 131131 over assembly table. While trying to connect crane to the top part of the sling attached to the part the crane hook entangled the plastic cutting edge assembled to [REDACTED] mentioned before. Part fell on the floor right in front of the operator. Operator reported a scratch over the lower part of the left shoulder and will remain in observation for the [REDACTED].
