IW was travelling on [REDACTED] north around [REDACTED] 109 in [REDACTED]. Travelling North it is really dark no lights on the [REDACTED]

IW looked down to get a bottle of water and looked up and IW seen that there was another tractor trailer that was parked on the side of the road. There was no reflector triangles down as the driver had just picked them up as the other driver had a blown tire and had just finished getting it changed.

IW has some scratchers and small cuts on his left arm forearm and pain on left side around ribs.

IW rear ended another TRA TRL then flipped truck trailer onto its side hurting LT forearm and LT arm with small cuts.
