What happened
at approximately1500 patient assisted to bathroom with physical therapy and myself. Patient stated that she felt a little nauseous. Patient stood and denied dizziness but reported increased nausea. I had two hands braced in the gate belt from behind her physical therapy had hands on patient and walker. at door patient began losing consciousness. Rapid response called and I slid patient down my right leg to the floor.
