Retrieving patient medications.

[REDACTED] I was carrying IV fluids and other medications to room 2 from the med room. At the end of the nurse 's station there was an IV pole in the hallway and I tripped and fell really hard over it. In fact I started my fall from the nurse 's station and fell all the way to the entrance of room two. [REDACTED] broke my fall at the end but it was too late. I tumbled and slammed to the ground. I have a very sore right knee left wrist and right back. I did finish the shift gingerly. Dr. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] tried to get me to check in but I 'm very sore and bruised but nothing broke.
