EE was climbing on a 3ft ladder installing a DPF filter in a machine. Ladder began to tip when the weight shifted. EE twisted ankle when he tried to gain footing on the rocky surface. EE received first aid attention from another EE on site. EE was able to drive back to campus and Safety team was able to help from there.
