EE was finishing up work on a [REDACTED] that was out at waste disposal transfer station. After exiting the cab they began climbing down the side of the dozer using the built in handrails and foot placemnets.

EE was finishing up work on a [REDACTED] that was out at waste disposal transfer station. After exiting the cab they began climbing down the side of the dozer using the built in handrails and foot placemnets. They slipped on a piece of trash stuck to the step which made the EE lose their balance. Their leg was lodged between the ram and pivot arm when it slipped which made them pivot back. They had tried to stop their fall using their hand but ended up hitting their head on a piece of tile on the ground. A piece broke off in the scalp. After getting help from a near by transfer station employee EE proceeded to remove piece of tile from head with a pair of pliers. EE had another EE[REDACTED] for the remainder of description on site. [REDACTED] looked over the injury and deteremined he was save to drive. EE followed [REDACTED] to the Urgent Care a block down the road. EE was promptly seen and taken care of by the medical professionals while [REDACTED] return to the jobsite to take pictur
