[REDACTED] an employee was dressing roll tails at the [REDACTED] winder The roll cradle was full and partially lowered normal location and position for roll dressing There were two roll still left on the 1 conveyor being processed through the roll line The rolls still on the 1 conveyor are in close proximity to the rolls on the cradle As the rolls on the conveyor are advancing forward the employee accessed the area there the rolls on the cradle are being dressed and taped She cut the tails on the first two rolls but was unable to access the last two rolls because of the rolls still on the 1 conveyor The last roll on the conveyor had cleared most of the 3rd roll position on the cradle when the employee reached between the end of the 3rd roll on the cradle and the last roll on the belt to cur the tail While reaching into this area the roll cushion for the 1 conveyor raised up from the down position This forced the rolls on the belt to raise into the rolls on the cradle and pinching the e
