A Mobil Equipment employee was removing a bent pin from the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] to replace it The employee positioned a 3lbs hammer head on the pin through the slotted mast of the lift The employee then proceeded to hit the 3lbs hammer head with a 10lb hammer to drive the pin When the pin slid forward the 3lbs hammer handle bottomed out on the mast of the lift When the hammer bottomed out the handle moved toward the 10lbs hammer handle creating a pinch point
