Before the incident
While traversing the Flexo department EE was situated just beyond the Gallus Flexo Press [REDACTED] the Gallus was inactive due to scheduled preventive maintenance During this time the maintenance team detached an air filter to clean the machinery by airblowing This air filter was temporarily placed on the ground Unfortunately as EE was departing from the Flexo department they inadvertently stepped on the displaced filter which led to a slip and subsequent fall
