WIP driver was communicating to [REDACTED] that was working at the case packer the status of the last of their run As he traveled on the rider to the front of the gluer to communicate the message to the feeder packer that was feeding the gluer he stepped off the dolly and as the EE took the first step the foot slid into the floor lift pit hitting the left shin on the lift stop causing a lower leg laceration EE was taken to the emergency where 5 staples was used to close laceration
