Employee was cutting bands off rolls of paper staged at the wetend of the corrugator He then pulled the bands to the metal chipper At the chipper he swung the bands forward to be ready to feed the chipper One the bands struck his leg causing a laceration Employee went to the first aid kit in the corrugator break room to stop the bleeding He then reported the issue to his supervisor The employee went to their personal physician [REDACTED] after their shift ended for a tetanus shot and while they were there the treating physician took a look at their leg and gave the employee 7 stitches
