[REDACTED] suffered a deep cut across the palmside of fingers 2 3 and 4 on her right hand Injury happened while rotating a die cylinder (in order to mount unmount a die) and her cutproof glove got caught between the die cylinder and anvil cylinder pulling her hand under the cutting die cut was made by a blade on the cutting die pressing against the fingers that were pulled in [REDACTED] also reported hearing a cracking sound while the injury was occuring [REDACTED] was wearing appropriate PPE and freed herself without assistance
