Removing over arm from Slitter 1

Employee was completing a change over on Slitter 1. Employee was using a tool to pull out the over arm to the slitter recoiler when the tool swung to the right and pinched employees right fifth digit in between the tools handle and the overarm bolt. This caused a deep laceration and tuft and distal right phalanx fracture to the nailbed and a broken nail to the employees finger.
