Working on the RHF2 Main Drive

Employee was working around RHF2 on main drive of furnace when flashlight fell out of his pocket. Employee stepped on flashlight with his left foot and twisted his ankle. Employee thought he was okay. Maintenance Supervisor was present at the time of incident. Maintenance Supervisor went to confirm that employee was okay. Upon observation the following morning employee noticed ankle was swollen with bruising present.
