Putting on hard hat in locker room

EE was taking his hard hat out of his locker to place on his head after changing into his uniform for the start of the shift. When he felt something go into his right eye. EE got ahold of a lead to let him know that he had something in his eye and needed help flushing it out. nGot [REDACTED] eye flushed out. [REDACTED] was in pain still called the nurse help hotline. They advised us to take him to ER to get his eye looked at. EE was okay but is written off work for the [REDACTED].
