Loaded a coil on to a truck pulling out of the truck to grab another coil.

EE was driving tractor 13 loading a truck at door 2 EE exited the truck and drove west in [REDACTED] and turned into the first row around 03.D.3600 to grab the next coil. While turning into the row the tractor rear end struck one of the bollards for [REDACTED] stack field chipping paint on the bollard and the rear end up forklift. [REDACTED] was able to finish their shift and went home at [REDACTED]. Later that [REDACTED] ee started to feel discomfort in their back and neck and decided to go to the ER. The ee was diagnosed with pulled muscles in their neck back and cervical muscles at the ER. EE received two days off from work and a prescription to help with their pulled muscles.
