Putting die T-15892 in place as part of set-up for part

[REDACTED] - EE was putting die in on 69. Twisted back and felt strain when lining up the die to the dowl pins through subplate. EE was using hand tools pry bar. When he nudged the die with his hands and twisted to set the die in place EE felt pain in his right lower back.
