Employee was getting ready for the machine to restart and was picking up lids that fell on the floor

While the macine was stopped the dancer arm was in the up position. At that ttime the associate bent down to pick up plastic parts off the floor (in front of the grinder underneath the dancer arm) when the machine started back up the grinder pulled the material causing the dancer arm to go down and hit her back.
