Before the incident
Employee A and Employee B were at far end of the main aisle in the warehouse (XFS) walking toward the office shipping area.
What happened
As the employees neared a yellow metal bollard Employee A gave Employee B a light shove on the left shoulder as he did frequently. Employee B turned their shoulder to dodge the shove which caused Employee A to lose balance and fall to the ground. Employee A landed on a bolt a the flange of a bollard and sustained a laceration. First aid was given at the scene and employee was taken to the ER.
