Employee was loading a roll onto a cart and the T bar was on the top of the rack. Employee went to push roll over to line up with bottom slot and the T Bar rolled over and the left small finger got caught in between T bar and the rack. EMT was called to look at finger to give second opinion. Supervisor took employee to Emergency room for evaluation. Incident is still under investigation.
