On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] EE was standing on the platform of her tugger with 3 points of contact shadowing and observing her trainee in aisle [REDACTED]. EE pushed the arm of the tugger down to begin driving to follow her trainee to the next location but then realized she didnt need to move her tugger. When EE released her grip from the accelerator arm causing it to raise she also released her hand from the handlebar near the control buttons and lowering her hand and inserting her index finger into a small pinch point at the base of the accelerator arm. A member of ERT was contacted to evaluate EE and [REDACTED] was contacted by EE.

EE 's finger entered a pinch point at the base of the tugger steering arm. The steering arm can be pushed forwards which creates a gap that then closes as the arm is pulled back towards the operator. EEs finger entered the gap as the arm was depressed then their finger was pinched as the arm was raised back to neutral position.

Pain soreness; Swelling edema; Bruise contusion to Finger{s} from EE 's finger entered a pinch point at the base of the tugger steering arm and was pinched.
