On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] a Manpower EE was working in the UPS trailer at [REDACTED]. EE stooped to tie their shoe near the conveyor and as they were standing up the back of their head made impact with the underside of the conveyor. EE reported the incident and ERT was dispatched EE refused medical treatment but was given an ice pack. Both Manpower and the OHN were notified.
