Team member had just finished unloading the empty reels from the payoff.

A team member was removing a reel from a flat stock to load it into the pay off. The reels had been staged next to each other which caused the reel next to it to shift and roll out of position. This created a pinch point between two moving reels resulting in the team members left index finger becoming caught. The injury led to a fracture and laceration of the finger.
