Team member was changing drums into the rum packer.

Team member was changing drum from the drum packer at STFN when he opened the accumulators to drop the wire into the new drum the wire got stuck at the guide rods. Team member then proceeded to try to pull down the wires from the guide rods when there was a Lump fault which triggered the bottom fingers of the accumulator to close. Team members hand was struck by fingers resulting in a puncture wound to TM R hand.
