Operators were loading a panel on [REDACTED] panstone prep area. Operator saw a shim fall over under the plate and reached his hand under the plate.

He reached under the plate while it was suspended in air while another employee unlatched the magnet attached to the crane. The plate fell and caught the fingers between plate and mold causing lacerations to middle and ring fingers
