Operating a forklift
What happened
On [REDACTED] an employee was operating a forklift when he began to exit the forklift he felt a mild pain in his lower back the employee felt the pain wasn 't severe enough to stop working so he continued his work day without informing management of the pain. On [REDACTED] the employee returned to work still feeling the pain in his lower back but continued to engage in the task from [REDACTED] after 4 hours of on and off the forklift the employee noticed the pain began to get worst and he began to move slower than usual so he informed another co-worker of the pain he was experiencing but he still continued to finish out his shift. The employee did visit the doctor and his doctor informed him that it may be just air in his back and prescribed him pain killers.
