What happened
An employee was trying to flip over and stack together cantilever stocking pans after clearing out locations. The employee was unable to flip the pan over with the forklift so he put his gloves on and was maneuvering the pan by hand. Once they managed to flip the pan over it got stuck on another pan and prevented them from lining up together. The employee then was lifting and moving the pan trying to get it free. Once the pan became free his right pointer finger was in between the lip of the bottom pan and the bottom surface of the top pan.
