The employee was walking down the stairs.

The employee carefully descended the second-floor staircase to take her break when she unexpectedly lost her footing on the third-to-last step. She slipped and slid down the remaining steps landing sharply on her tailbone. She also experienced slight discomfort extending from her tailbone to her left leg and back. After the incident she noted that she had been using all three points of contactone hand on the railing and both feet on the stepswhile navigating her way down.
