Before the incident
EE was making a delivery at customer location. EE brought a pallet of product to the liftgate platform. EE pressed the button to lower the liftgate. As the liftgate was halfway down EE stumbled and his right shoe came off. EE was trying to stabilize himself and stood on a metal part with his shoeless right foot causing a cut on the bottom of his right foot. EE didn 't know what happened until went back to the cab of the truck a took his socks off.
