Moving metal guard
What happened
Team member over extended upper body forward (20 approx) over the tiger stop then grabbed the metal punch guard (31x21x25-35lbs) lifted it upward a total of approximately 20 ' then removed the metal punch guard. As TM attempted to move the guard it became stuck on an airline requiring TM to exert more effort to lift it. This combination of overextending and excessive force resulted in injury to lower left abdomen.
