Assembling a door frame

TM was working in [REDACTED] assembling a door frame. TM was attempting to connect 2 pieces of aluminum frame together (138 long and 17.3lbs) on the hinge table (40 off the floor) the hinges were not connecting correctly. TM lifted both pieces at the same time grabbing them from the top with his fingertips a couple of inches off the table with his both hands attempting to engage the frames. TM felt immediate pain to his right arm
