What happened
2 TM 's were working in the [REDACTED] department putting together an eco-crate box with 4 units. All units were already placed in the box (61.31X 93.43 each panel with a weight of 248 pounds (992 pounds all together). One of the TMs held the units in place with their right arm and right foot toward the right side while the other grabbed the final piece of cardboard that is placed in front of the box prior to closing it. As the TM slid the cardboard between the panels and her hand the TM let go of the 4 units causing them to come forward. The employee attempted to hold the panels with her right arm.
