What happened
At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] employee lowered the bag hoist to take off the empty bag that had already been dumped previously. She removed one of the bag loops from the hoist and then spun the hoist to her left using her right arm and the next hoist arm came around and hit her in her right arm.
