Employee tried changing the mouse to a more ergonomic friendly mouse with some success but still had pain. Employee was seen by Bayside Employee Health Center where they were diagnosed with mild tendonitis. Bayside recommended OTC [REDACTED] 3 times a day a stretching program a Non immobilizing wrist brace and to take breaks frequently and was released to regular duty.
