Employee was working at K2 and was trouble shooting because the wrap cutter was not advancing.

Employee opened the machine to check for the cause of the machine not operating correctly. Employee did not follow Lock Out Tag Out procedures so when the cause was identified and fixed the machine started back up again. When the machine started back up the employee 's finger was cut on the film cutting blade.
