What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] employee was working on Mod 1 wheel room during cleanup. Employee was cleaning electrical panels when reported to Ops Supervisors that she was having trouble lifting her arms to clean on top of the electrical panels. She was sent to break to rest. After rest Ops supervisors sat with employee to ask her about how she was feeling. EE mentioned that discomfort started over the weekend ([REDACTED] and [REDACTED]) During those days employee was training in batter room and lifting 50 lbs pounds bags of ingredients. EE mentioned that arms started to feel discomfort over that weekend. On [REDACTED] it was the first day that discomfort was preventing her from completing tasks that has been assigned. EE said it was getting tingling sensations and was moved to COP area where parts are washed on tables. After 15 minutes working in COP area she told Supervisor that she could not complete task and wanted to go to Emergency Room. Ops Supervisor proceeded to call the nurse
