What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] relief operator was relieving the [REDACTED] operator for a break period when incident happened. EE was stepping down on a two step stair at [REDACTED] to go to the next station. This is where she completely missed the bottom step and upon contact with the floor she rolled her left ankle. At the time of the incident employee declined the nurse line but she received an ice pack and heat pack to apply it on her left ankle. Employee finished her shift and on [REDACTED] she called the nurse line (which issued work restrictions by video appointment) and did not come to work as she called the absence line. On [REDACTED] the EHS team reached out the employee and employee was sent to Concentra. EE received prescription medication x rays work restrictions and 6 sessions of physical therapy. The plant was able to accommodate her work restrictions. Her next follow up appointment will be on [REDACTED]
