What happened
The employees left his position as a traffic spotter in the scrap yard to remove a piece of cable wire scrap from the rear of a pay hauler. The Pay Hauler driver was unaware of the employees intentions and drove away causing the employees feet to become entangled. He was pulled about 5 - 6 feet before he was freed up. The employee was sent to the hospital to be checked out.
