What happened
EE was removing a jammed carton inside the box former. EE opened the door to reach inside to remove box. Box former was still energized. Once the jam was cleared the EE left finger was struck causing a laceration to left middle finger. EE immediately removed hand and reported to the nearest supervisor and reached out to EHS. EE was sent immediately sent to an urgent care for treatment.
