Finishing up my filling batch audit.
What happened
I finished my batch audit. I was hanging up my smock and exiting the mixing area when i finished hanging up my smock i tripped on mat that has the sani-step because it was by the door. I held on to the door as i was falling and then saw my knee out of place. Thats when i asked for help.
