What happened
When I was moving the cornstarch platform I made sure to move it slow and steady however since I was close to the wall the pallet jack speed up back very fast and my foot bended backwards.

RIGHT FOOT - FRACTURE: EE was moving an electric pallet jack in reverse when she became wedged between the wall and pallet jack. The pallet jack hit the toe of her right steel toe boot and bent the boot upward causing fractures to 4 toes.
