I was walking down the hallway
What happened
I was walking down the hallway heading to clock out after my shift was done and I tripped in a hole causing me to fall. I tried to catch myself with my hand but ended up still falling. When I fell my neck and back popped. My co-workers then came to help me off the floor and helped me walk to a chair in the break room.
