Just arrived at work and there was not much to do so started housekeeping and started to sweep [REDACTED].
What happened
[REDACTED] was sweeping the [REDACTED] Dock with her back towards the Dock doors as Forklift Diver enter [REDACTED] Dock Door 1 and picked up his pallet and exited the trailer 25ft hitting [REDACTED] in her behind with the back of the forklift causing her to fall down to the floor. Forklift ran over her right foot as she yelled out Forklift driver stopped forklift. Forklift operator got off to check on her and helped to to a seated position and assistance was called to help get up and was wheelchaired to first aid room.
