What happened
At the time he said that he wanted to report this incident just in case while driving home he texted that he noticed that he 's head was a little open. In his own words he describes the following. Him and [REDACTED] were lashing a 3 high box on deck 14 he leaned down to grab a turn buckle and his hard hat fell. He thought he just was going to leave it there because it fell in between the deck and he also had a high bar in his right hand and a turn buckle in his left hand he hooked the turn buckle on to the bar and then passed the bar to [REDACTED] behind him to lash. As he pulled the bar towards him he quickly started saying [REDACTED] watch out he says he didn 't have time to move out of the way or react there were in such proximity to one another as well. The bar came down and hit his head and stumbled him it bounced off his head and landed on his left arm all while he was stumbling and was sort of in the motion of moving away he continued to stumble while trying to hold the bar and
