[REDACTED] was top flagman aboard Pegasus while loading 18 deck he was walking across the deck platform and slipped on wet oily part of deck almost falling off side of platform but caught himself with hand and knee causing injury to his right knee. [REDACTED] morning update [REDACTED] indicated his neck had some pain and was stiff and his ring finger on his left hand was slightly swollen and was hard to bend all the way. He will be going to Concentra.
