What happened
While unloading .650 coils of wire one of the 4000 lbs coils. it slipped off the forks and made the forklift jump like a seesaw. The ramp to unload the trailers is on an angle and makes it difficult without risking the coils slipping off the forks when loading unloading smaller trucks. Employee 's back struck the forklifts seat causing him to strain his back.
